Crow is the surname of a family living in Jackalfax, Great Wolfacre. The family is known in recent history for both its political ties with Chancellor Corvus Crow and for being the family of cursed child Morrigan Crow.

Etymology

Crow comes from the Middle English crow, itself from the Old English crawa. It was applied as a nickname for someone with dark hair or complexion, or for someone thought to resemble the bird in some other way.[1]
